Serial rapist continued in prison
To all that supported us. Southern Ohio Victims Services contacted me. Stated that Willie Lagway has been continued to stay in prison by the Parole Board until 04/01/2015. This was because of all the support we had and prayers. Thanks to each and everyone of you!!!
