Oh this breaks my heart. We really are all they've got. I hope she has the courage to give Missy that one last precious gift. Praying for them.

I talked to her husband this afternoon. Her husband said that it is probably best to allow her and Missy with their last bonding moments alone together. I was planning to see her tonight but after what her husband told me, I thought it would be best not to go anymore. He promised to let Lorna know that my thoughts and prayers are with her and Missy. Lorna doesn't have any children of her own. And she considers Missy as her only child.
