Hello!
We are going to be doing a long road trip and I was just wondering if there is any safe way to sedate my pups for a few hours? The reason us that they are getting too big to both fit in our car crate but are not at all good at riding in the car without it! They panic like all hell when I try the car harness and since it's only this one time I just wonder if I can't just make them sleep for some of the trip?? Any tips would be super awesome! Valerian root capsules are a natural, mild sedative that you can pick up in any health food store. They don't smell great though so you might want to pill with treats rather than opening the capsules and putting on food.
