Well it has been a bad month. We lost our boy last month and I just found out that my neice's teacup Yorkie died last nite. Poor baby had major problems since she got her. Gabby had terrible seizures caused by renal problems common to the breeding down for size of the Yorkie. I was worried when my neice first got her 3 years ago that the little angel would be an accessory. Well she took such good care of Gabby! I think most people would have taken her back to the breeder since she was having seizures almost constantly since she took her puppy home. My neice hung in there and went to vets and specialists and had her on several medicines to cut down the frequency and duration of her seizures. The poor baby had another seizure last nite but didn't come out of it like she usually does. My neice took her to the e-vet who said she had stabilized and could go home in the morning. My neice called to check on her every hour after she left the e-vets at 3 am. At 5 am the vet said that little Gabby had passed. Only 3 years old. Horrible. RIP little Gabby.
