So, I'm still a little shook up about this so bear with me.... I was in the kitchen making homemade gnocchi and saw Wyatt was playing around in the mini pine trees we have. Didn't think anything of it... He came in, told him I'd give him a tubbie once I was done making the gnocchi. He went back outside, and came in two mins later with a dead baby bird hanging out of his mouth like "look what I've been doing mom!" "Aren't you proud?!" Well, this ain't a proud momma! I freaked out! He wouldn't drop it so I had to bribe him too. He dropped it and lone behold was this freaking dead bird! I was beyond disgusted! Didn't know whether to yell, scream, barf or what! So I grabbed the ove gloves... Yes the ove gloves and picked it up... Blah ehh ugh! Anyways, figured I'd share and see if any of your babies brought you some feathery or rodent friends in your house?

Oh god that's horrible looking. No my dogs have never brought anything inside. Once they cornered a large grass snake in the yard. I called them in and locked the doggy door. Bad puppy! Lol

OMG...I would of been throwing up for sure. I don't even think I'd be washing that glove, I'd be throwing it away. LOL My girls have never brought me anything. You handled it way better than I would of.

Poor bird! I rescued a bird from my westie mix last summer, and it hopped away before I could check it out (luckily, I was out in the yard when she caught it - I went screaming after her like a crazy woman - lol!). When I looked around the yard later, it was gone, so I hope it was okay!

We had a terrier mix named Tori and caught her chewing on something and it was part of a bird (just the legs) laying on my throw rug yuck! Needless to say we no longer allowed puppy kisses (still makes me want to throw up) lol

Unfortunately, my previous boxer Nikki was outside in the back yard stomping with her front paws like crazy! Yep, it was a baby bird
Needless to say, she killed it and I was very upset over the whole episode...
