I have a 6 month boxer and have had her since she was 8 weeks old. In that stretch of time I have heard her bark twice. Once at another dog and the other when she was crate training. It's probably been about 2-3months since I heard her bark. Do boxers generally not bark allot?

I'm not to sure about other boxers but Bandit loves to bark, especially when he is playing with our little land shark. Sometimes he barks so much I have to make them stop playing for a minute or 2.

Sally barks when she is trying to play and whoever or whatever she is playing with isn't doing as she wants... usually me or my toes when I tell her to stop biting them.
Using this play barking I have taught her to bark on command. Lately she has been doing this weird "Boof" "Boof" a quietish bark when she hears something outside or if the curtains scare her... My neighbours tell me that all they hear from her during the day is her jumping on and dragging the drink bottles over the concrete! |

Figgy very rarely barked as a puppy, and even now she will only bark if someone is at the door. She does however "talk"...sort of sounds like chewbacca. Harley on the other hand barks at just about anything. I think it's all about the personality of the dog.

Rusty and Dually both bark and always have, i guess mine are barkers. if theyre playing with each other or other dogs and they want them to play they will bark at them till they start playing with them. they bark at anything that moves or might move outside in the yard or people.

lol, my guys are barking addicts. They use to only bark when someone pulled into the driveway. Then they caught sight of some coyotes in the field and have been on high guard ever since.
Cows dont stand a chance, neither does the neighbour who rides her horse in the field. My guys are gonna tell anyone or anything off that steps foot in those fields. They think they own them, lol. The other day a turkey vulture landed to check something out and my guys went crazy. Look out birds!!! You're not even safe, lol.
