I feel bad for u and at the same time deal with a very similar neighbor situation. She complains all the time called animal control on our vicious dogs and continues to "spy" on us. It's very disturbing and we too especially after our night we just had with other problems in our neighborhood have decided to install cameras to protect ourselves. We would love to move but besides foreclosing on our house were stuck bc we just can't sell it and afford to move. This has been going on for four years and our neighbor cannot be talked to as she is not civil but we ignore her and go about our life as she used to run It and we have decided to not let this unhappy person try to ruin our happiness or our dogs. I wish you the best with this situation and you are doing all you can to try and make everything right.

Ps we have a harassment case on our neighbor due to her always confronting us and being a peeping Tom since she figured that out she cooled it a little. Also she is not smart as there is snow on the ground and u can see her footsteps wall right up to our garage window

Your neighbor sprays your dogs with the garden hose? Did I read that right? I would call the cops if anyone did that to my dog. Then he gets mad cause the dog barks at him. I would yell at him too if he sprayed me with the hose. Then video tapes your dog reacting to his dickish behavior then denies taking the video. They guy is a jerk and a liar, and your dog knows and is calling him out on it. I think you are taking the right steps, taller fence and security system. Hope things improve.

Jeanie, it sounds as if you folks have done your part, which is all one can expect. Without knowing the neighbors story, my suggestion is keep a journel keep your side of the "street clean" and if you see this neighbor video taping your dogs throw some water on him.

It seems to me your neighbor was videotaping your boys so that he could have a record of their behavior towards him should he decide to file some sort of complaint. I think it's a shame when adults behave so childishly. I agree with previous posters that if possible you should try to add a little more height to your fencing. The surveillance system was a good idea. That way if he does complain you'll have proof that their reaction to him isn't anything excessive.
