How did you select your boxer: We were very lucky to end up with Serenity! I came across her posted for sale through an ad online. Instantly we fell in love with her sweet face and I contacted the breeder. She was 9 weeks old when we brought her home to live with us.

As it turned out we were her 2nd owners ~ the first woman who bought her from the breeder paid for her with a fake check so the breeder got the police involved. Once the woman was found, the breeder was able to get her puppy back. She was only gone for about a week, but we were told by the breeder that when she got her back you could tell she had been malnourished because you could see her ribs and she was even possibly abused during that time...

I believe in my heart that Serenity was meant to be a part of our family. :hrtbeat: To this day I’m still not quite sure who rescued who!
