Hello, we've been giving our dogs Glyco-Flex III bite size chews with very positive results. The issue is cost. Anyone recommend something just as good but maybe more economical? Thanks!

Hi, I give Kaden (in pill form) Glucosamine, Chondroitin & MSM to promote healthy muscles, joints, tissue, cartliage, and bones; Enhances strength and mobility. I buy it at Walmart, not expensive at all (human grade) and spoke to my Vet as well as other people who use this same combination for their dogs. I've noticed a huge improvement. The dosage you'd have to verify but I think it's 10 mg per 10 lbs.

That's what I did with Riley after the vet wanted to put him on Rimadyl indefinitely. I tried the Rimadyl for a month or so while researching a more natural route. I feel he did better with the natural supplements than he did on Rimadyl. I also gave him fish oil and vit E.

Available in a chicken-liver flavored chewable tablet dogs love.
Active Ingredients Per Chewable Tablet:
Glucosamine HCI . . . . . . . . . 750 mg
Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) . . . 400 mg
Chondroitin Sulfate (Porcine). . .400 mg
Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) . . . . 100 mg
Manganese (as Manganese Proteinate) 5 mg

Directions For Use:
Up to 25 lbs: Give 1/2 tablet daily.
25 - 75 lbs: Give 1 or 2 tablets daily.
Over 75 lbs: Give 2 or 3 tablets daily.
When giving more than one tablet, divide between AM and PM.
For quicker results, double the above recommended number of tablets daily for the first six weeks.
