I'm very excited and looking forward to making my own healthy and natural jerky treats for the dogs. Won't have to worry about all those recalls coming out of the jerky treats from China (not that I fed them anyway).
Does anyone else have a dehydrator? What do you like to make with them? I might give mine a trial run this weekend.

We have one. We have made beef, chicken, turkey and beef heart in it for them.
We've also made beef jerky for the humans in the house. If you make a big batch, i recommend freezing what you wont use in a cpl days. I always make mine a bit tender and not and brittle. I cut mine into small pieces after it dehydrates. Since we still do a lot of training the pieces are about the size of a raisin. Sent from my iPhone using Petguide.com Free App |
