Well, Bruno is about 4 1/2 months, and we've been feeding about 3 3/4 to 4 cups a day. The chart Earthborn sent me says 3 1/4 to 5 1/3 cups per day for a puppy 3-5 months old who will be 51-100lbs as an adult and 4 1/2 to 6 1/3 for 5-12 months. By comparison (this is an all life stages food) the package says 3 to 3 3/4 cups for a 61-80lb adult dog (the range I expect Bruno to be in) or 1 1/4 to 2 cups a day for an adult at his current weight of mid-30lbs. Anyone else feed Earthborn and have some input on their numbers vs. real life?

Just wanted to share that Bruno has finally settled into the Earthborn Meadow Feast very well. His poop is normal, his gas is nearly non-existent (he has it, but it won't knock you out anymore), and his coat still looks good. I'm not sure if it was the chicken in the BB Freedom, or one of the other ingredients vs. what's in the Earthborn, but I think he's definitely doing better on it.

Good to hear he's doing better!
Just a side note - normally when you're feeding a puppy an all stages food you're supposed to double the quantity indicated on the label for the estimated adult weight. If you notice him losing weight I would up the quantity a bit. |
