Prescription Probiotics

So I was so excited that my vet cleared Amor to start using probiotics. She prescribed ADVITA probiotics for dogs. Well, I started them on Wednesday when they were given. Thursday my dad kinda mentioned that it seemed she was licking her butt and itching more. This morning I checked the box to see the ingredients while i was getting my morning coffee. I noticed that the first ingredient was dried poultry liver. Amor has a chicken allergy. I called the vet clinic and her vet was not in today, so I left a message for her to call tomorrow. If Amor has a chicken allergy wouldn't an ingredient like that make it worse.

My other question is, could it be related to the bortadella injection she received on wednesday as well? I know the prior year, when she received it nasally she had some slight facial swelling, which I told the vet and that is why they gave her the injection instead. I wont be doing that shot again, since from what all the great forum members here told me really doesn't do anything anyway.

She was also prescribed some Hexachlor K wipes for her genital area. Would any of these cause increased itching and licking?

Can anyone recommend a good probiotic that does not contain any poultry? I know about the Mercola ones, which I looked up and there were several. But what about others so that I have options.

Right now Amor is eating natural balance lid grain free potato and rabbit. The vet switched her to a single protein. She was about 3 weeks ago eating Solid Gold bison, brown rice and sweet potato. Her itchiness reduced tremendously once we switched to grain free. She gets a lot of yeast in her ears and her butt and paws too. I wanted to try the probiotics because I want to get rid of the yeast issues.

I've had gutsense and the mercola probiotics numerous times. I paid 40 at the vet for probiotics my dog can't take. I am going to ask for a refund because of their error. I think if I read correctly the gutsense also had digestive enzymes? I'm not sure, either way, I think either would be great. I just went with the prescribed one cause my dad already thinks I'm a little crazy for switching foods, he thinks that is why she got the pancreatitis and that she got the upset tummies and stuff. My dad is 73 and is from the time all you did was put kibble in a bowl.
