There seems to be so many new members and I thought it would be great if we introduced ourselves or re-introduced ourselves....

I am Kim I live in Upstate NY I have 2 boxer boys, Mason who is my 1st boxer baby, my first dog I could ever call truly mine, Mason is 4yrs old Fawn with a sweet lovebug disposition but can become very grumpy and overprotective if needed.. He is a great lazy dog, who thinks he is human, poor Mason has horrible allergies and spends a lot of time visiting his vet... he takes steroids every 3 days and benedryl daily. He also has a thyroid problem that he is on meds for, Mason weighs 81lbs.
Next is my baby Mackie, he is a fireball of energy a little ball of brindle enegy. We call him the dennis the menace of doggy world.. he is adorable, also a love bug,,, but you have to watch him carefully he is like a baby.... he has eaten the back of 2 couches, 1 couch is only a month old, but he is lucky he is a cutie... Mackie is a year and a half and weighs 65lbs.
both boys have free roam of the house, sleep with me, and our in a homemade diet, they go every where with me and our my babies, I am the crazy boxer mom who would do anything for my boys..
I also have 2 cats, Whiskers is a 16yr old mancoon cat and nuggies is a 6yr old yellow fur ball both my cats are huge.
I have 4 skin kids too all boys 25,24,21 and 16... they are great kids that all live home and work for family business.. I have been married to my wonderful hubby for 20 yr and togother for 27 yrs.. We met at 16, had our first at 17 and accomplished what most people thought we couldn't, we own a successful business, built our dream home and vacation a lot.. I truly love my life.. we have classic cars, loud Italian dinners and perfect boxers.. the perfect life, now if only my health and body would get that memo...lol

Hello. My husband and I live in Florida and Jester is our only baby. He is 4 months old, about 35lbs and runs this household.

We tried to set the boundaries early and he is a very good little boy! He knows he is not allowed to jump on the bed or counters and always asks to go outside.

We are still working on no begging for food and started to give up on crate :( His Highness refuses to go anywhere close to it when he sees us getting ready to leave the house.

Overall, he makes everything a little better. he has the cutest puppy face and never runs short on kisses.

I am Angela and my husband and I live in the DC metropolitan area. Uhtred is our first Boxer and my first dog. He will be 8 months on the 24th and he is an absolute joy. He has been at 50 pounds for a long time so we are worried he has stopped growing, but we will love him no matter what size he gets.

He is a lot of work, but he is totally worth it! We couldn't ask for a smarter, more affectionate, playful little dog. He is fairly obedient ... when we're watching! :)

Great idea Kim I love these posts! Getting to know new members and more about the old!
I am Morgan and I live in Alberta Canada
I am extremely active in Boxers. I have 3 who i compete in a variety of sports with and am mentoring to become a force free trainer.

My 1st is Hercules. He is almsot 3 and started it all. My husband bought him for me when I was very ill with a brain injury. Hercules helped me heal and taught me my love of training and dog sports. He is super sweet and the best first dog a girl could ask for. So far he has his CGN, a couple nosework titles, weight pull titles and some rally and obeidence legs. With a still a long preformance career ahead of him, nothing beats working with my best friend.

Then is Athena my stunner and wild child! Athena will be 1 in august. She is gorgeous and challenging and full of drive! I am greatful I am luckily enough to have the time and knowledge to work with her everyday, athena started her conformation career in June and won Best Senior puppy in breed as well as most of her classes. She is always moving and a pure joy to have in our lives. I have a couple more shows with her this year and I am hoping to get a couple points on her as well as a Nosework and CGN title.

Last is my happy accident Markus. Hes almost 5 months I met his breeder at a show. We clicked right away and apperently I must have made a decent name for myself because she had heard all good things about me and then next thing i knew markus was coming home with us. Weve been having a lot of fun with him and teaching him NW and rally. He also got Best in show at his 1st ever show! I am hoping to have him championed and with a CGN and NW title by fall. But hes also super fun and loves to work and play with athena all day.

I LOVE this breed. I feel very lucky to have them in my life and enjoy there beauty and workability. I have yet to find a sport they dont like and excell at. They are wonderful to live with and I have met some amazing people and friends thru this forum and being involved in sports.

Hello,

My name is Chad... I live in Orange County, CA (Mission Viejo to be exact) and currently have two pups. The first is Molly, who is a 4 1/2 month old half boxer/half lab. She is the sweetest, smartest little girl and will probably excel at agility competitions someday (she seriously is the fastest, most agile dog I have ever seen).

My other pup is Winston, who is a 3 month old purebred boxer. He is such a little goofball, but definitely has the desire to please and is extremely trainable.

The reason why I have TWO pups is a long story, but here's the short version... our very first boxer, Rocky, was diagnosed with cancer earlier this year, and after a couple of rounds of chemo, we realized he didn't have long to live. So I reached out to a breeder I know locally (without telling my wife since a puppy was going to be a surprise gift for our anniversary), and she reached out to a local rescue. In the end, she found Molly and I found Winston, and neither of us wanted to make the other one give up on the dog we had found... so now we have TWO pups.
