Hi Guys,
At what age did you notice your boxers start to slow down? I don't mean settle after 2 or 3 but what age did you notice they started acting like an older dog?
Our boy is just over 6 and we have noticed that he is much more of a couch dog than before, he gets plenty of exercise - due in part to our 2 year old girl and daily walks, but I have noticed some days he just does not want to go at the pace I walk with our 2 year old. Should I put them on difference exercise levels or? Like to keep them together but know at some stage he is not going to be energetic like her...
Anyone else have experience with multiple dogs and age difference? Our previous girl was only 1 year different from our boy that we have now, so their energy levels were the same...she passed away a couple years ago.
But Britta and Sampson have 4 years between them, so very different energy levels..
Thoughts?
