Just wondering if anyone knew what these bumps could be? Luna has always had a bump of the tip of her nub which I had assumed was scar tissue from it being docked. However, she has been licking it a lot more than usual lately so I took a closer look and found these several bumps! I have no idea what they are, any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
Thanks for your reply Kari! Is surgery always required? Or only if it's causing her physical pain? It doesn't appear to be sore. She allowed me to inspect it and touch the bumps without any issue. As I mentioned, she just licks her nub - no chewing or anything and there appears to be no redness or irritation. Sorry for all the questions, I had never heard of this before! Trying to determine if I need to book an appointment with my vet! Thanks again!
Yes, surgery is usually required. Growths will just continue to grow.
