Hey guys! Just wanted to share with you a boxer that is available for adoption in Sterling, VA. He lives at a doggy daycare called Health Hound Playground because his mom had to move overseas and could not take him with her. This sweet boy's name is Linus.

This was posted by the daycare.
"Linus the Handsome Boxer came into our foster care in June 2015. He is a long time HHP day care and boarding attendee. Unfortunately his mom had to move overseas for work and could not take Linus with her. Linus is a part of the HHP family so we were happy to foster him till he can find another loving forever home. He is a neutered male boxer weighing approximately 70-75 pounds and is now 3 years old and is up to date on all shots. He loves to play at day care and also really loves playing fetch with humans as that is his favorite game, but also loves to relax and cuddle. He gets along great with humans and other dogs once he knows you. It may take a bit of time for him to warm up but once he does he is your friend for life and extremely loyal, affectionate and playful. It is best to do introductions to other dogs and humans slowly and not abruptly. If you are bringing him into a home as a second dog, intros should be done so that he knows he is second in line and preference should be given to the first dog until there are established pack rules. It may take some time for the order to be established or it may happen right away.

Although Linus is a moderate energy dog, he loves being able to get all of his energy out by chasing the ball or running around in day care. Linus does best in structured environments and with an owner who will provide not only love but discipline. He can sometimes get scared from outside noises. Linus has received extensive training by our Behaviorist as our foster as we had the opportunity to provide this. Because we are fostering him directly, there are no fees to adopt Linus. For Linus we are also offering a 2 for 1 deal where if the adopter already has one dog, all HHP services for Linus will be free when you bring them both. If you are interested, please let us know so we can schedule an intro!!"

If interested, please call 703-464 0056.
I would hate to see this sweet little boy live in a doggy daycare forever.
