I'm sure they'll be repeating it over the next week or so, check your listings or do a search for it to see when/if it's going to be on again.

Word of caution though, the working class is the very last class to be judged, then it's best of show. The whole program is 3hrs long, so you don't have to watch until there's like 40-45 minutes left if you don't want to... hahaha

Not only did I see the show, but I saw a handler of another Boxer (not the one that won) who I might be buying a puppy from!

That's awesome! In many books and articles I've read, they mention that going to shows and meeting breeders/handlers is a great way to find a quality pup.

What's even more amazing is that this handler, who is a "second generation" handler, lives 2 miles from me!

Too bad my wife won't let us be a show home. How many people have a nationally recognized handler 2 miles from them?

I spoke to her today, and she leaves for Westminster this weekend.

Exactly how I feel. I was very honest and open with her, told her about other puppies I was looking at and she looked them up on the internet with me on the phone and gave me all the pros and cons of each, and of course she knew all the breeders and she was personally familiar with many of the pedigrees, so she was very helpful...to say the least.

Yeah, it's really cool if you look at show stats, and look up pedigrees, you soon learn who the famous dogs were, what lines. It's really interesting to me, and I get so excited when someone else's dog comes from a same line as mine. But then again, I guess they're all related somehow, right?
