Ear Crop in Nashville

I just got my new boxer pup 2 weeks ago and he's 8 weeks old now. I live in Nashville, TN and I was wanting information about some good vets in the area that have a proven record for clean, nice looking ear crops. I am willing to drive a few hours if need be but I'd prefer to stay local so that follow-up visits would be more convenient. Price is not really an issue as long as it's done correctly which brings another question to mind. From the research I've done and places I've called I've heard anywhere from $100 to $1600 with the average being around $250-$300. What is a reasonable price for a crop, including any follow up visits, meds, etc. Any information would be helpful

No offense, but I realize 90% of people on these forums DO NOT agree with ear cropping so if you don't have information about reputable vets than please don't post.
