I guess i am confused on this one...is she trying to sell them and profit? Or, does she think that they are not being cared for properly and thinks she can do a better job?

I don't think it's clear what her intentions are, if she is planning on selling them or not, but there are legal procedures that "reputable" rescues have to follow in order to reclaim their dogs. SCBR is working on that now. It would be in her best interest to have possession of all the dogs at the time a court order is produced instructing her to turn the dogs back over to the rescue. It's a process. Unfortunately, legal measures take time.

I am the person who has the dogs. These dogs were never stolen or missing. My vet and I did what we both thought was in the best interest of the dogs based on multiple issues that I am not willing to discuss on a public forum as I have never and will never malign any rescue or individual. All of the puppies have wonderful homes and have been vetted and spayed/neutered. The 2 adults have been vetted including heart worm treatment. Neither my vet or I made a cent off of the any of the rescue dogs or puppies. Please understand that these dogs were NEVER stolen or missing and have wonderful homes that were approved via homes visits and vet references. If you would like more information on how the dogs are doing, please feel free to ask and please keep anopen mind and do not assume that everthing we read on Facebook is factual and does not have another side
