Kippah might lift her head look at the person and would surely run to them saying WELCOME glad you stopped by! lol

Now Gouda would have barked her fierce bark and that alone would have sent them packing. She saved me once when someone was trying to get into the front door!

If I freaked out, Gracie would attack.

Georgie would bark if she didn't know them, ESP if they were not coming in nicely hero ugh the front door!! She's already shown her protective side when I had a cop in my back yard late one night (looking for some kids who broke into a car a few blocks away). She was one edge and barking... It took her awhile to calm down (maybe because I was freaking out too until I realized it was a cop)...

They can be very protective, especially if they sense you are scared or nervous.

Otherwise, when someone comes to the door she runs and is alert, but when she sees i am excited and say who it is, she gets all wiggle butt and gives them kisses and hugs...

I think if Rex sensed i was scared he'd bark his deep alert bark/growl... If i didn't know the dog behind the door i'd run.. But if i didn't seem scared he'd run to the door curious and bark telling me someone is there. My little dog would probably be more alert and observative than Rex.

My girls until they recognize who it is both growl then the long drawn out barks. You know the grrrrrrrrrr!!! WOOF!!! WOOOOF!!! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOwoowoowoowooooooooooooooo oooogrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!

Then when they recognize the person it's all jumping up on them with kisses, wiggle butts and kidney beans.

If it ever turns out to be an intruder and they know from my reaction or if I'm not home that the person isn't supposed to be here I am more than certain they will attack. They would probably shower the cops that responded to arrest him with kisses to thank them though

I had a buddy that just moved out on Tuesday that was living with me here for free until he got back on his feet after losing his job and he works overnights at his new job. The girls would growl and jump out of bed EVERY morning when he came in and once they realized it was him he couldn't get in his bedroom without petting them and saying hello. They would stand in front of his door wiggling and doing that almost like a prance walk light on their toes wiggling their nubs at 100mph and licking at the air while he scratched their backs lol. But he did get growled at and charged every morning till they knew it was him

Hummmm Jaxon would bark and then when he saw he didn't know them he would get scared and slink away. Baylee would probably jump over the baby gate or go through it and attack the person. She is really fierce in protecting her home. But if the person was dumb enough and still came in with both dogs barking I would use my pistol and that would be the end of that.

Cujo would run & hide if someone broke into the house, however, if someone came into HIS yard when he was outside he'd go nuts!

i am sure that they person trying to get into our house would def. think twice before opening that door. The second Rusty hears a noise he is on alert and barking his head of with a fierceness to it. Dually is just right next to him hair standing like brother im right next to you. She still isnt sure why he is barking but next to him ready to go. Our friends even come over to visit and they will bark and growl until they come all the way in the house until they realize they know them. Their barks and growls give us enough time to grab our good friend swith and wesson and remington.
