It all depends on what country you are going to. There is no quarantine process from the US to Canada or vise vera. You just need a vet certificate of health and proof of current vaccines.

Noticing your moniker is "islandpet." There is a quarantine process for Hawaii as it is the only rabies-free state and rabies vaccinations for resident pets there are not required. Here is a website with info: Animal Quarantine Frequently Asked Questions — Hawaii Department of Agriculture
