Just kidding of course, but I SHOULD send them packing after the little stinkers hurt me so badly!! They were running around outside a couple of days ago when all of a sudden they changed direction and slammed right into my leg. My right knee was hyperextended and now it's swollen! It's not painful unless I move it the wrong way or make a sudden movement. It just feels really tight and there's a feeling of pressure on it too. I did a search online and it sounds like it's bursitis which should go away on it's own with some time, rest, and ice. Guess I'll be icing it for a while! I'm hoping it gets better on it's own so I won't have to go to the Dr. Needless to say I will not be standing out in the middle of the yard while they're zooming around anymore!

Oh No Mandy!! Something similar happened to me last year only I didn't even see it coming, they got me from behind and knocked me right on my a$$. That's probably why I didn't get hurt though, I had no time to brace myself.
I hope it's nothing too serious and heals up quickly for you. |

I hope your knee heals quickly! That's boxers for ya....doesn't matter if you're in the middle of the yard or the edge, they will find you and play at your feet. They are so unaware of everything else around them. Little buggers!

I almost tripped on Duke and cracked my head the other day. While I'm cooking in the kitchen he will follow me around and sit/lay at my feet - usually behind me where I can't see him!! So no sudden moves or direction changes for me while I'm in the kitchen - it's like a boxer obstacle course! lol |

I have been in your shoes. Now when I am outside, everytime they run near me I bent at the knees just in case.
