How many boxers do you have and how big is your house/yard? - Page 3

I have a lab/shep mix, a boxer puppy and a pit/shep mix puppy.We live in a 2,000+sq. foot one story home and we have probably close to a quarter acre backyard that wraps around the house, its all fenced in with a brick wall. The "kids" love the space to run especially that Lucy(boxer) she can run! Plus, we live about five minutes from the dog park that we frequently go to.

Our 1430 sq. ft. split level is currently inhabited by two adults, one skin-kid, and 11 fur kids. (I think hubby is getting me a straightjacket for Hanukkah!) Three are available for adoption (anyone looking for a new family member?) and two are on hospice (Barkley & Cinnamon). Intake is definitely closed at this point until we are back down to a dull roar and not the chaos that has become our household. LOL

That being said, we have a SUPERHUGE backyard with LOTS of room to run (or amble, which is the preferred method of travel in our herd).

1 boxer, 1 Doberman, 1 indoor-only cat, & 3 humans. Our house is about 1200 sq ft, but the yard is pretty large. The entire lot is 1/4 acre, but almost all of it is fenced backyard because we live on a dead end circle. It's a very odd-shaped lot, with only about a 12' wide strip of backyard directly behind the house, a huge section off to the right of the house, and a smaller section to the left. Makes it tough to keep an eye on the girls when the entire backyard becomes their private racetrack.

2 boxers, 1 lhapso apso, 2 ragdoll cats, house is a two storey with finished basement approx 3100 sq feet...backyard has huge deck, courtyard with interlocking bricks and backyard that 'used' to be a nice green grass which is now a blotchy green and brown mud from all boxer burns, runs, play & trampings LOL

If more is truly better that makes my four legged kids better than your two legged ones.
