Posting pictures

Has anyone had trouble posting pictures? I have tried on 2 different computers and my phone and each time it says the website is down once I have clicked upload. Can anyone help me please?

I finally got a picture to upload on here yesterday. First time I've ever been able to upload on here. Maybe it was luck.
