If they are leaking like that it is because she doesnt have very hard stools. It should not leak that way. Baylee's did until I got her stool harder. Good luck

Oh gross!!! I'll never forget the first time our vet expressed our GSD's anal glands. We never had a dog with anal gland issues before. So the vet asked if I wanted to leave the room. I couldn't imagine WHY he was asking me this??? Why would I want to leave my baby? And then he expressed them and I almost threw up. I HAD to leave the room before he did the other side. He laughed at me. lol

Maggie does often have looser stools. I have started giving pumpkin, but I think I started with too much - about 2 tbsp. hopefully 1 tbsp will be better.

So true. Pretty sure I would deal with bodily fluids and functions with my pups before most people that I'm close with.
