My male boxer puppy is exactly 13 weeks old, or 3 months old, measured by being born on 9-24-12 and compared to yesterday, 12-24-12. He weighs 20.3 pounds. Can we conjecture what his adult weight will be? I know it's hard. I realize the size of the parents is also some measure of this. I used a website that came up with 40 pounds, but that cannot be accurate. I also found two Excel spreadsheets that had plottings of weights of puppies at different ages. He seems to be right in there on the average of 20 pounds for 3 months old. ANYWAY...what say you Boxer owners?
Thank you and Merry Christmas! |

I don't there's any way to accurately guess their weight by growth.
At 7.5 weeks old my Maggie weighed 8.5 pounds and at almost 5 years old she weighs 46 At 7.5 weeks old my Mongo weighed 5.8 pounds and at almost 4 years he is 64. |
