What kind of life is that as WE the homeowners have to be cautious of what our neighboor is doing?

It's so unfair. I hope it was a one time thing that started a bad first impression and your neighbour ends up being decent... it's not fun when you have to watch out for your neighbours. I'm very fortunate my neighbours are all pretty good.

pits are not inherently dog aggressive I grew up owning pit bulls and its all about early socialization and training they can be the sweetest dogs and you can't blame a dog for irresponsible owners.

No we wouldn't go hug it and be best friends with it Duh... But it certainly is not the dogs fault. The owner made him the way he is. I would definitely have a talk with the owner though.

Listen, this morning on our morning walk, A little piece of Shitz tzu came lunging at my 2 Boxers out of a bush, crazy psycho barking. It's owner tied it up with a Flexi leash. My girl almost made Shitz sushi out of it! I would hate to think that had Gracie destroyed this crazy yappy dog, her owner would go about having my dog put down and have Gracie listed aggressive. IT REALLY IS ABOUT RESPONSIBLE PET OWNERSHIP & COMMON SENSE. Keep your dogs on a leash AND not an unlocked Flexi leash

shitz sushi...thatis funny. I don't like those flexi leashes. I took Maggie & Patch to the vet for check ups the one time (years ago in VA) & some girl had her happy little dog on one. While I opened the door & went in cat carrier first. The girl watched her yapper go right to the carrier & do nothing. So...I shoved the door with my hip & let Maggie in. You should of seen how quickly she pulled that yapper back. Maggie would lay in front of Patch's carrier at the vet to protect her.

Hope pepper is doing better forutnatly we haven't had dog aggressive dogs as neighbors the hoa should do something and pitts are what their owners make them I. Have knowen the sweetest ones and the most horrid ones all in how they are raised and trained they are such a villinised breed which is sad when it is the owners faults glad you were there to protect her from disaster and glad her training kicked in when it was crucial u can petition the home owner to pay the vet bills and do something about the renter controling their dog
