I just spoke to the vet and was told that Abby's doing great this morning. So far she's leaving her incision alone so hopefully she won't need to wear the cone. She also gobbled her breakfast right up so her appetite is normal. I'm so glad they let me bring some chicken in for her. Can't wait to get her home!

Miss Abby has been home since Tuesday afternoon and she's been doing great. She's getting very rambunctious though and really wants to play. Keeping her quiet is a challenge, but we're managing.
Here's a pic of what I came home to for the past couple of days. This was from today. That black plastic tray was in her crate when I left this morning. Yesterday the only difference was that her water bowl on the side of the cage was flipped upside down. Crazy girl! She's got so much energy bottled!

I'm so glad she's healing well! When Georgie got spayed it was so hard to keep her calm... But she recovered perfectly! And I've come home to Georgie's crate with the black tray peeking out! But never fully out!! Haha! OMG, Abby def has her energy back!!

Abby is doing great. You'd never know she had anything done. Today makes day 7 and we were told to give her 10-14 days of restriction so by the end of the week we'll start giving her some more freedom. She has so much energy bottled up right now. I can't wait to just let her go!
