lol yea but i have a feeling he might be. we have a baby gate that goes between our living room and kitchen to keep the kids out of the kitchen and the bars are just wide enough for him to squeeze through but he is almost too big so we had to put cardboard through the bars to block him from going through so he gets used to not being able to before he gets to big and gets stuck lol

Murphy will still try to fit between the end table & our couch. She hasn't figured out she is to big to fit. She usually gives us looks like we've moved stuff so she can't fit.

We have different fencing on all 4 sides! Back is timber palings about 5 1/2ft one side is colourbond (metal) 5-6ft another side is chicken mesh 4ft and the front has lattice 6-7 ft between the edge of the property-garage and garage-house....

I am looking at upgrading the 4ft fence, but I will have to talk to the neighbour through a real estate as it is a rental, it only faces their garage so there is no big "jumping over" temptation there! But she has 2 young kids so I don't want it to become an occurance ever!

my mum was in the country and had a 5 ft rabbit proof fence (5 ft in air 2ft laying on the ground) which helped keep her pointer in. Along with an electronic fence in other areas.

We have the non-climb horse fencing. Its 1"x 2"x 60" on 3 sides of our yard.

The front is privacy fencing with a lattice top. Thats road side.

We live out in the country and also have a bunch of critters such as coyotes and skunks. Plus we have cow fields joined up to us so I wanted something that would keep everything out of my back yard

I like our 6 ft. pressure treated wood privacy fence. Boxers are known jumpers, and this type of fence is a deterrent. Also, it affords some privacy for us, as well as reducing the amount of barking from my dogs, since they can't see what's on the other side.

That is exactly the fence I have it's a great acreage fence. And yes it keeps the coyotes away from my yard. And works as snow fence as well.

I have a 6 ft privacy. I would leave more spacing between the slats of wood so he/she can see through it and not feel so trapped. I had a 4 ft chain link and he was going over it with ease. But the only time he did was if we went out and he wanted to follow. Also have the gate lock turned so that he cannot take his paw and open it. I did not think of this and the first time we went out he opened the gate with his paw and went looking for us. Noticed my son had his lock reversed and the dog cannot open it. I now put a pad lock on my gate when we go out. If the smooth side of the privacy is put facing the dog he cannot find anything to get a leg up on the fence for an attempted climb. I think my Boxer is an extreme case.

who ever had our house at some point split our yard 1/2 is a dog run and half is a yard they used a 4 ft chain link fence and put hedges around it on the front and the house side and 6ft privacy fence on the back two sides of it so they cant see in the alley they concreted 1/4 of it and fitted it with a nice drainage system clean up is a breeze pick up solids wash balance down drain (goes to a 7ft x2ft hole with a lid outside of the kennel under the hedge add enzymes a few times a year and all gone YAY solves having poop all over for the kids to step in gives the pack plenty of room where they can still see the rest of the family if we are outside with them the hedges are wide and tall enough they cant jump out but even if they did there is privacy fence around the rest of the yard it is a great concept how ever currently I can not use this lovely design I have to keep them OUT of their space and all over my yard as some idiot drove through the privacy fence and I am fighting with the car insurance holder to replace it this has been a 7 month battle they want to give me pennies on the dollar of replacement value as it was an older fence I want it replaced period at no cost to me I didn't hit it !! their driver did and my homeowners says I have to collect from the drivers insurance company and they aren't paying for any of it boy do I miss the poop in one area concept vs the poop EVERYWHERE idea

We have a 4’ privacy fence in the back (code requirement on height). We were afraid of Dozer jumping the back fence and wanted to give him some more freedom if we were outside, so we installed a DogWatch hidden fence for the front and sides and then ran the wire on top of the 4’ privacy fence, this allowed the full use of the back, but gave warning not to jump if he reared up.
In all it works great. After about 1 week Dozer never went near a property line or hopped up on the privacy fence. After a few months he never wore the collar again, he just knew where to go and what not to do.
