Well, it is why is important to know what breeds are mixed. I adopted many years ago a dog that were something like German Shepherd and Husky and OMG! This dog looks more like a wolf that anything else. We used to have a link fence in our property and he used to walk on it. He were so crazy that kill all the stray cats from town.
One time we have a closet and we heard something moving in top of it, and we was thinking a wild animal was there or something.
It was him, btw the closet and the wall. We have to brake the closet to take the dog out.
I think behaviors issues are bad if the wrong breeds mix together.

Update: Bella was taken to the vet last Friday. The vet found fleas, hook worms and ear mites. The vet ruled out what she called "Mange Mites". They treated her with Revolution for fleas and Mites, tresaderm for her mites as well as the hairless spot, and some anti worm powder.

I haven't seen a flea on her since the weekend. She doesn't scratch nearly as much as she use to, and seems happier everyday.

Glad to hear that you're pup is on the road to feeling better, and that you got her away from that place!
