Yep, I get the "Pit bull" or "Scary Dog" comments a lot from adults. Most kids automatically recognize them as boxers. I have told more than one guy that he was an idiot over his comments. Oh and I have met a lot of pit bulls and they seem to be just as friendly as boxers...

Anyway, yeah we were doing some homework today and training while walking around the block, there were lots of distractions, atvs, loud car washing guys, radio, tons of kids, bikes, and just all around fun lol. So what we were working on was loose leash walking...with distractions so it was perfect. And when the kids saw them he got excited and pulled so I had to tell them hold on one minute, got him situated, made him come back, touch, sit, and then rewarded him with all the loving he wanted from the kids. They hugged all over him and he loved it and gave several kisses. This one little bitty boy was hugging him and telling me how much he loves dogs and asked about his small tail and asked "when will it grow out?" Lmao! It was so cute! I'm just so impressed when kids get excited to see a great big dog instead of scared.

stella seemed to react more to kids, and she can sense the people who are dog people vs not. so crazy how they can sense stuff like that. and there were a few times they started up the many dragsters there, reving there engines shaking the ground, stella didnt seem one bit upset about that, i think she dugg it!

thanks for all the posts guys. its getting into that time of year for car shows/races, she will be coming to many of them with me as time goes on.
