It is probably just what you are thinking pimples. *Medical term is puppy acne. *It is generally from them licking, pushing or pulling their heads against each other or something. *If you rule out fleas or flea bites then you should be okay. *Let the vet look at them to be sure and then if it is acne neosporin will clear it up.

regular neosporin like you would use.....any type of triple antibiotic oint will work
