Puffy Eyes and antibiotics...allergies???

So I posted about a week ago about my boxer Bailey being treated for a UTI, long story short shes now on her second type of antibiotics (cipro) and while it seems to be working better, shes still not 100% and has a few drops of blood at the end of every time she pees. Shes only squatting once and her urine seems to be back to normal except for the blood at the end.

Well, we've been giving her the cipro in a tiny spoon of peanut butter since that seems to be the only way she wont spit it out. Everything has been fine and shes had no reaction until today...we gave her the pill and left the house for about an hour, and when we returned I noticed she has some puffiness around both eyes. She doesn't have hives anywhere else and is acting normal but her eyes are noticably swollen. Theres nothing in our house that she could have gotten into so I'm wondering if this could be a weird reaction to her meds? Could her food be causing this problem as well as her UTI issues? She had allergy/itchy issues with IAMS so we switched her to Nutro Ultra about 3 months ago and it just seems too coincidental that shes starting to have problems now. I am running out of ideas and have no clue what could be going on since shes been healthy for the last 3 years until now. Anyone have any insight???

She does look like she is having a reaction to something in the house. Have you used any new cleaning products, laundry detergents, anything different in the house? If not, you may want to take her to the vet for a look. It doesn't look like hives to me...

Shes on day 7 out of 10 on cipro, I gave her a benadryl and it seemed to make her eye puffiness go way down but I'm still wondering what caused it. Symptoms of her UTI seemed to come back at exactly the same time too

was there a lot of wind in your area in the last 24 hours? we were out for a long walk and romp Sunday and Brandi's eyes swelled up yesterday we gave her benadryl and it took it down for her too I also was having major allergy issues I was wondering if there might have been an unfamiliar ( to this area ) pollen in the air
