I have taken her to her vet and she has no fleas, they've done skin exams and havent found anything! The next thing my vet said we can do is the allergy testing which is pretty expensive so i'm trying to save up as much as i can to hopefully do the test ASAP

& Shes not taking anything for fleas....

I shower her with THERANEEM shampoo that is amazing but it only keeps the itchyness away for 2days! :-(

Yes boxers/dogs can have seasonal allergies. But it could also be that because boxers have such a short snout sometimes it makes it hard to breath specially after running/playing. If it happens too frequent even when he is not running then i would take him to the vet to have testing.

I would absolutely !!! Put flea med on her. Just because you and the vet haven't found anything doesn't mean anything. My schnauzer and I are allergic to EVERYTHING, but ESP fleas. One time, she had flea med on, but picked one up on our walk and created the biggest hot spot - near her rear end that I've ever seen. I would Rec def getting her on flea med ESP if you leave in a semi cool/ cold environment. Most of the US had a mild winter last year so they are even worse trying to get in this year. I would never rec over the counter- IE Hartz brand, and do not bathe 2 days before or after applying it. Also, shampoos do nothing for fleas. They may help soothe but ultimately dry the dog out more. For fleas, they just jump off and jump back on when the animal is dry. For a soothing bath, I would Rec using baking soda in the water. Just cup it over her body. Do not rinse off and pat dry when done. It's very soothing - but I would Rec what the others have said- change food, put flea med on, and if it doesn't get better I would have allergy testing done
