I'm sorry to keep bothering you all with my pups digestive issues but my vet has been less than helpful.
Lily keeps peeing bright yellow, funky smelling, little pools of urin. Called the vet and he said to focus on finishing up the dewormer and antibiotic before we check anything else... Does that seem right? Despite the lighting- this color is pretty accurate. ![]() ![]() Sent from my iPhone using Petguide.com Free App |

Gunner once peed on one of my hubby;s work shirts. Of course it was the white one. We didn't find out about it until it got back from the cleaners with a tag on it. It was ruined. It looked that color too. As long as she is peeing and eating and pooping I would just watch it. Unless of course she is showing signs of a problem. You might need to switch vets. Just a thought. Hope she feels better soon

Yeah- I'm looking into a new vet tomorrow. She also has a vaginal discharge- never had a female puppy though- so I don't know if that's normal?! I guess I'll find out when I get my new vet.

Pee looks normal and the discharge is probably vaginitis. All NORMAL
They are actually saving you money. Sure they could charge you another office visit, run a urine sample to find out she may or may not have a UTI which is also very common in female puppies. The course of treatment is antibiotics which you are already on. So make sure you are giving them properly every 12 hrs nd dont miss any doses. If you still have concerns afterwards you can always run a urinalysis then.
