Hubby and I have both noticed that Beau has been shaking himself alot. I know sometimes that it can be their ears that are bothering them, but he doesn't seem to be having trouble with his ears. I cleaned them really well and they actually weren't too bad. I put some drops in his ears that I have from the vet from the last time he had an ear infection, but he is still shaking himself. The other thing we've noticed is he has been licking his front legs constantly....and now his tail. He takes a few steps and spins around like something is irritating his tail (kinda like when they have a flea). I have not seen a flea on him. At first we thought he was trying to chase his tail, but then he plops down on the floor and starts licking his tail. I've given him his bath and haven't noticed anything on him....no bugs, no bumps, no rashes....nothing. He is eating, drinking and going to the bathroom like normal. No whining, nothing. Any ideas what could be the issue? Also, I've notice his coat is feeling a little bit dry and his shedding has gotten a bit heavier. :/

First of all do you have him on a flea treatment such as Revolution or Advantage? He might have fleas that you just arent seeing.
As for dry coat, I would either give him Salmon Oil and vitamin E daily or you could even give coconut oil. I would start him off at 3000mg of Salmon Oil daily and 400UI of Vitamin E
