He isn't to young for cancer. His symptoms are identical to our boxer Winston. He just up n got sick and progressively worse. Vet put him on iv fluid and ran 2k worth of tests. Final result, aggressive cancer, he was 5 years old. We put him down. Please keep getting him tested bc it's prolly cancer. Boxers are very prone to cancer. Winston had a tumor removed at 6 months old. I pray your baby is ok.

Hi all, I thought I would give an update on our Bowzer. His tests came back form Texas A&M. His pancreatic enzymes were within the normal ranges but his B12 was dangerously low. We've been taking him each week for shots and he's also been receiving pancreatic enzymes even though he had normal levels. The vet wasn't so sure it couldn't be that. He's also still receiving the Tylan. I really think it's the Tylan and B12 that is making all the difference. In the past four weeks, he's gained over ten pounds. He has so much more energy. His bowel movements are still gigantic but are now solid and a normal color. His appetite has returned and he actually BEGS for food. The vet is ASTOUNDED each week when he comes it to see how much better he is. We were so worried about him and it feels so good to now worry each morning when we wake up to see if he will wake up too. He still has about ten more pounds to go but with how things are going, that's only about a month away!
