Blood Nose, what to do?

Sally has blood dribbling from one of her nostrils, I don't know what it is from She was just running around, I suspect she ran into something....
Other than keep her quiet and cool, what else should I do?

She doesn't seem distressed, but i suspect it hurts cause when I dabbed it with a tissue she gave me a look....

it is an hour later and it is still bleeding, slowly but still bleeding...

and the temp is getting warm..

check her gums to see if they are pale. are they?

It has stopped bleeding now. In some ways it is good that it is hot, she just wants to laze about not run crazy!

Her gums have been pink the whole time.
I gave her icecubes to suck on, there isn't enough nose to put ice on the bridge of her nose...

I think she hit her nose on the edge of the doggy door as she came through. I was brushing my teeth at the time so i missed what actually happened. She is being much more careful going through the door since then, leg first not nose first.

But now I have blood spatter around the house to clean up. I need a CSI clean up team!

Well she slept from 9.30am till 5pm getting up to potty a few times...
Now at 11.30pm she is finally starting to settle...

about 4 she started moving around and sniffing, and by 5 she was playing full speed again, just going careful though the doggy door.

We took her for a long walk so she might go to sleep at a normal time, no such luck!

well this was our first puppy injury down... hopefully not to many more!
