Thanks! Latest update....her stitches have fallen out! It's only day 5 out of two weeks (and they're not the dissolvable kind). One fell out last night while cleaning her ear but the other two were still there. Sometime overnight or this morning the other two went missing. It's a holiday here today so vet is closed. I'm hoping and praying the wound stays closed....trying to keep lexi as calm and quiet as possible.

it might be a good idea not to clean her ear anymore so it dosen't get irratated and start bleeding. if you can try not to let her shake or scratch her ear. good luck.

Lulubear, i totally agree. I didn't clean her ear today (first day since the stitches). While cleaning i thought it was looking a little dry...not sure if that's contributed to the stitches coming out. Hopefully i can get to the vet tomorrow and have them check things out.
