My 6 month old was just spayed and she is peeing inside and also outside a lot, when she goes outside she will pee one good time then about five move times but not much comes out. What gives.

It sound like a UTI. Sometimes just the stress of surgery can bring it on, sometimes, the weather/ seasonal change, and sometimes bacteria- but it sounds like she is uncomfortable and, like humans feels like she needs to pee to relieve that feeling. I would take her to ur vet to get looked at.
