Default Boxer Forms Advertising Science Diet????

I wonder if one of the mods can explain the ads for science diet dog food on the forms. These are the people who are coating their kibble with some
sort of plastic so it has longer shelf life.
Is the almighty dollar more important then our dogs health???????

Bill, I think its just google ads and since its a dog site its going to target dog products. Its up to the consumer to educate themselves on what is and is not suitable food for their pet.

Thank goodness the members on this forum are willing to help educate people on better quality kibbles and Raw

It just bugs me Kari that they keep poping up and you and I know the kind of stuff they make and the health problems it causes.

It's targeted advertising. You have probably done searches on dog food so google then advertises things they THINK you may be interested in. I believe it's the samething that facebook does. I don't think it has anything to do with this actual forum...but, I am not 100% sure.

Yep, its called Google Ad Sense. My husband was looking up work wear today and now all my ads are for Dickie's Work Shirts and Colostrum, lol.

My ads on here are for Ceaser's dog food. I've never looked that stuff up before nor do I feed it to my girls.

Some of it is targeted. I was looking for west marine store locations and then I got a bunch of adds. Some of it is just dog stuff. I also get the Caesars and I never looked that stuff either.

If I mistakenly accused boxer forms of something they have no control over then I'm
sorry for doing so.
It just gets my goat when I see those ads.
