Scratching and whimpering

Hey all. New to the forums but have been an active reader of them for many months. Bevo is my 4 month old boxer

He has recently been scratching behind his ears a lot and seems to be hurting himself as he's doing this. He has little scabs on the base of the backside of his ears. He has been fed BB Wilderness for puppies since he was 6 weeks. Here is a pic of his front toes

Any suggestions on helping my little buddy will be greatly appreciated.

Not sure about the ears but Looks like a yeast infection of the nails, mine has the same. Try going grainfree and there's also a great soak, get some Betadine iodine and lukewarm water. Mix in iodine til it's about the color of iced tea. Soak for 4 mins each foot. Here is a thread with more info!

I dont see any pics

If the toes or nails are stained red then its a yeast infection. You can do the above foot soak with Betadine or you can use a 50/50 mix of Apple Cider Vinegar and water. The ACV and water can also be used in the ears but if there are open sores I would use 1 part ACV to 3 parts warm water.

I wounder why some cant see the pics? His front nails are red in the cuticle so I figured it was some type of yeast infection but the constant scratching and whimpering is what im worried about
