My boxer has 2 black toenails does anyone know what this means or if she needs to see the vet?

What color are the rest?? Pheona's nails are all white but one. Murphy's are the same way. I don't think it means anything. I could be wrong though.

Toe nails are usually white/pink on white toes and black on coloured toes

Pheona & Murphy both have white feet but each have 1 black toe.

They were all white until a month ago!!

It could be yeast. Duke has rust colored yeast in his toenails. It doesn't bother him though.

it could also be spot, Sally has developed about 7-8 black spots on the pads of her feet, and about the same on her belly where she is white, it is possible that maybe one of these has developed right on the tip of the toe.
can you post a picture?
