Zeus swain

Hi my boxer Zeus is 11 and he I noticed he had a swollen testicle that was bleeding 5 days ago .a vet told me it was burst blood vessel but since then testicle has had no change after taking anti inflammatory tablets but back left leg has become very sore to the point he can barely walk . When he tries he walks sideways please can anybody give me some tips

I would take him back to the vet (or a different vet) and have some tests to figure out what's really going on.
X-rays and blood work to start.
With the breed being so prone to cancer and his age being 11, I would be really worried it might be some type of tumor.-Not trying to scare you, just being realistic.
