This morning on our walk Sally did her usual poop and I noticed there was a little blood at the end of the poop, then towards the end of our walk she did another which was just a squirt of poop and a bit more blood, when we got home she did one almost all blood, i checked her first thing in the morning poop and the one from last night and they were completely clean of blood...
The only thing she has been eating or doing different is that we have had some reasonable rain and Sally has been splashing and drinking from every puddle she can find. I keep her out of the yucky ones that had stagnant water or are near industrial sites, But i am wondering if the blood could be from this or if I should just bite the bullet and take her to the vet... I can try to keep her from any puddles for the next day or so and see if that helps?? I don't know... She is still just as happy, crazy, bouncy, she seems a little more keen for her food than usual but I have been walking her 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour at night. |

Uh-oh that's no good. I wouldn't wait any longer than you have to, if the vet has an opening tomorrow I would go. Definitely.

Yes at her age being so young, you do not want to take any chances. Go to the vet.
