How many of you have pups that this will be their first Christmas? I know I'm super excited to see my baby boy open his gifts. I wrapped them all in tissue paper since his likes to shred Kleenex! I bought a cute stocking with a boxer looking dog sticking out of it and placed most of his gifts in there. I have it in a grocery bag sitting on our rocking chair and he must know it's for him bc he keeps staring at it! Tried getting pics but he'd move every time I would snap a pic! Can't wait to video him opening his gifts!

This will be Murphy's first Christmas & Pheona's second. I'm so excited to see them with their gifts. I didn't think of tissue paper to wrap the gifts. Very good idea!! Murphy loves getting up on the couch & grabbing a tissue or two to shred. (I had to move where the tissues sit LOL).

This will be Sally's First Christmas and we are at my parents, My Dad is less puppy friendly then my mum, but Sally is allowed in a small area of the house (the main living area).
I have 2 presents for Sally and they are wrapped in normal paper, she is happy to shred any paper you give her! |

This will be my Pumpkin Patch litter's first Christmas and although some may laugh, I'm very excited for them. We've not gone to a single store this season where we didn't grab at least one new present for the babies. Pumpkin and Patch and our old Titan of course each know what the tree means and get excited every time a new bag comes through the door. They must be able to smell the toys. It seems this year my Christmas spirit is wrapped around my dogs. I'm excited for my son as well but as he's older, it's not the same. I think it's the newness of it or the innocence of youth that makes Christmas that much more special.

The other day I was wrapping the rest of his presents and put them in his stocking in a grocery bag then tossed it on the rocking chair... Well mr. Smarty pants must have know. What was in it bc he kept eye balling it! I moved ot to my bedroom and i can tell he was very curious!
Today I brought our stockings down... Yes even as grown adults we do stockings!!! Anyways I filled my dads and sisters and put them in my dads room so he could fill them and Wyatt just sat there and stated at those ones too! During our family Christmas Eve dinner ( after everyone ate) I let Wyatt out of his crate and he was polite and said no to EVERYONE! Then he ran upstairs and grabbed his stocking and ran down the steps with it!!!! Someone is impatient!!!!Sent from my iPhone using Petguide.com Free App |
