What kind of mix do you think? - Boxer Forums

Recently found this puppy wandering the street and have taken her in. This is my first experience w the boxer breed (have had mostly smaller dogs in the past).

I'm not sure she's quite purebred, any thoughts on what mix she might be (if any)? Her name is Heidi

In my expert opinion, she's a Boxer/Cute mix . . . probably 80/60.

She sure is cute! But for the fact that she's got a little bit longer snout, she has about all Boxer characteristics.

Are you planning on keeping her? Please don't take this wrong. I'm not trying to sound like a jerk, but if she were my puppy, I'd hope someone would at least try to find me. Maybe just take her to a vet to see if she might be chipped at least or post a found ad on Craigslist or at least look on Craigslist to see if someone is looking for her. If you don't hear anything, then it's their loss!

Good luck with her. She looks absolutely adorable.

Wow she is about the same size Rocky was when we got him (9 weeks)... She can't be older than 11 weeks. Someone must be looking for her.. I doubt they would dump her.. but you never know. Someone is missing this cutie!

, long time since we've had a puppy. I didn't go into detail before, but to answer some of the questions - yes, we're watching craigslist and she is not chipped. Saw her almost get hit by a car running along the road poor thing

Looks like she has a dog tag on her collar in one of the pictures.If it is a dog tag it should help you find her owners.

My guess is she is mixed with a pitbull. Super cute!!!

We got her the collar, she wasn't wearing anything when we found her
