excessive drinking...

my best friend just adopted a 7 week old boxer pup. Said she's excessively drinking until her belly is bloated. She pees about once an hour. also says she's shivering constantly. Just thirsty and cold? Or should she see a vet?

Worms. Mine does that. Will puke if you let her. Hookworms and roundworms for her.
