We have an early appointment this morning to go pick up an antique wood stove from my mother in law so hubby was up out of the bed with the roosters getting a shower. I had momma dog Pumpkin cuddled up on the pillow next to me, Patch at my side and suddenly.... little feet crawling all over me then a cold wet tongue on my face. Ack!

Our bed sits up rather high, in fact, I have to climb up to get into it. So imagine my surprise when the smallest of my brat pack suddenly leaps into my bed. Heck, my Patch has to go up the hallway and get a running start to leap in my bed. Leave it to my Blaze to be the first of the litter to make her way up on her own. I always thought it would be my long legged baby Button whom I swear has to be part Great Dane

Oh the weeks to come are gonna be so ..... wondrous?

Our bed is raised up quite high that I have to stretch to up in bed (I will admit, I'm short). Pheona has to get a little bit of a run before she plops in bed with us. Murphy's not there yet but it won't be long.
