Nikki likes to play with it too. She proudly tosses it around. Disgusting!!! I bought a baby gate with a door for the cat to get through... Will you believe a determined boxer can lay on her stomach crawling and squeeze through it!! I had a fat cocker get through too!! If she wasnt barking on the other side to get back I'd never believe it. Those poops must taste awesome!! Lol.

Some dogs do eat their poop because their food is lacking something. Some dogs just do it because, well, why not. Lily is on such a high quality food, I doubt it is nutritionally based. Sounds behavioral.
Ha ha Lynne. My Mo used to play with his poop in the winter. Nothing was more fun that a frozen poop! LOL. Yea, thank goodness he grew out of it by the time his second winter rolled around.

I got some bananas yesterday. Both of my girls love them. Murphy was practically up in my lap trying to get it. If I had someone here with me, I would of had pictures taken of them. I did warn my boys if the girls see you with a banana be careful, they might try to take it from you.

mine are that way^^ with both bananas and pineapple they cant get enough of them which is most likely why we have never had poop eating issues

I'm leary on how much to give them so I just share a banana with them. Pheona will take her piece & then spit it on the floor. Murphy will gobble hers up right away. Then Pheona will pick hers back up & eat it. Haven't tried pineapple yet with them. Now knowing we can give them both, can we dehydrate them & feed them like that as well?? Thought dehydrated pieces would be good if we are out for a walk for them to have a yummy treat while walking. I have been good this year...I'm getting a food dehydrater. LOL
